1. Scope of Service

Unfake provides users with tools to check and block temporary email addresses. Our service can be integrated into your registration process or any other process or application to validate email addresses against our up-to-date database of disposable domains. Certain features may require registration, and some Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Are at least 13 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. In case of any changes to your information, you must update your account details immediately. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account at the discretion of Unfake.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials which includes but is not limited to any email addresses, passwords, login information, API keys, etc. You agree to notify us immediately of unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Respect intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks.
• Refrain from submitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates others' rights.
• Avoid spamming, phishing, or other harmful activities.
• Ensure that the content you create, share, or distribute through our platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from using our platform for malicious purposes, including but not limited to phishing attacks, spreading malware, or facilitating illegal activities.

Unfake does not monitor the content added by users and does not endorse or assume responsibility for any content shared through our platform. The user who creates or distributes such content is solely liable for any consequences arising from its use.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems.
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from our platform without our prior written authorization.
• Engage in activities that could harm the reputation of Unfake, people associated with us, or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership:

All intellectual property on the Website, including text, graphics, code, and trademarks, belongs to fastform or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent.

6.2 User Content:

By submitting content through our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

7. Payments and Refunds

Certain features may be available as paid services. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

We do not offer refunds for any paid features, except in unusual circumstances where there is a clear error on our part. In such cases, any refunds will be at the discretion of Unfake.

8. Termination of Service

8.1 Termination by User

You may stop using our Services and delete your account at any time. As mentioned in section (7) of these Terms, we do not offer refunds for any of our paid features.

• For free plan users, the cancellation is immediate and you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
• For paid plan users, the cancellation is processed at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to have access to the paid features. Note that we do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds in any case.

8.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in prohibited activities.
• Cause harm to Unfake, its users, or its reputation.

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated data.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.

Unfake does not assume responsibility for the content created or shared by users on our platform. Any content, including links or messages, that violates laws, promotes malicious activity, or causes harm is the sole responsibility of the user who created or shared it. By using our platform, you agree that you will not hold Unfake liable for actions taken by other users.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unfake is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Republic of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our Website with the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
